Guidelines for the success of silver plating and gold plating community enterprise in the art and craft center of Thailand

The purpose of this research was: (1) to study internal and external environment factors that affect the operation community enterprise (2) identify operational methods, promotion, development silver plating gold group in art craft center Thailand expand results other enterprises. sample used was 63 members groups at Ban Yang Noi Community, Thailand. instruments were questionnaires. Statistics for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation stepwise multiple regression analysis. Research showed level highest with mean score 4.47 followed by production, marketing, finance, human resource management, motivation, leadership factors. 4.43 government policies mass media affecting success market demand sustainable business practices.
